Record of the Frost Free Library Board of Trustees Meeting May 10, 2008, 8:30 a.m. Frost Free Library, Marlborough, NH   In attendance: Kathleen Ash, Jackie Leahy, Joe Youngs, John Northcott, Rufus Frost and Pastor Marilyn Ayer   The meeting was led by John.   Secretary's Minutes from April 12 were accepted as presented by Gina Paight.   o       Treasurer's Report, presented by Jackie Leahy, was accepted by the Trustees, with some discussion about the program fund, especially in regard to generating income from other sources.   Director's Report given by Kathleen was accepted as presented.   Maintenance Report presented by Rufus Frost, was discussed, especially the following points: o       The screen door has been repaired.  Chana Robbins donated his time to do this. o       The work toward getting the roof done is moving forward.   New Business

• The Boston Post cane will be on permanent display in the library.  Bob Bennett had made a nice display case for it.
• Jackie had signature cards for Molly and Marilyn to sign, for the bank.
