Writers' Group Organizing

Dave Eisenstadter is returning to lead a writers' group beginning in September. On the second Thursday evening of September, October and November from 6 to 8 p.m. come and bring your stories, essays, and poems to share. Open to all ages. Registration is recommended. 876.4479


Games Galore!

Toy City will be coming on August 12 from 2 p.m. until 5 p.m. with an assortment of new games. Groups for ages kindergarten up to adult will be able to pick from age appropriate board games. Come and try out something new! Snacks provided. Ages ten and under must be accompanied by an adult.


Movies on a large screen shown Fridays at 1pm.

Come in where it’s cool. There are movies shown on a large screen Friday afternoons @ 1 p.m. until August 8. Snacks provided. Waterhorse and The Indian in the Cupboard are coming up. Children ten and under must be accompanied by an adult.


Under One Sky

Rain location for Elizabeth Richards Summer Concerts

In the event of rain the Community House will be the rain location for the Elizabeth Richards Summer Concert instead of the Frost Free Library lawn. Brochures are available at the library outlining which bands will be playing on which dates.

How: write down the name of the animal with its corresponding circle color on a slip of paper (just find as many as you can)

June issue of The Sun now available.

It has been a long wait, but finally the literary journal The Sun is here at the library. Both the June and July issues are available and further issues will arrive monthly.

A Visit from the Fisher Cats!

The Fisher Cats mascot is coming to Frost Free Library on Thursday July 3rd at 10:30 for a visit during Storytime. He is going to surprise us with an activity! Free tickets are available for a special Fisher Cats game this summer for any Summer Reading Program enrolee who reads five books. That person will be honored publicly on the field before the game for reaching his/her reading goal. An application is available at the library.
